Performance 40 Class
The newly formed Performance 40 Series will be using the IRC Autumn Championship as their final event of the season. North Sails, Warsash Sailing Club, Royal Ocean Racing Club, Royal Southern Yacht Club and Hamble River Sailing Club have teamed up to create the 'Performance 40' series for 2018. All competitors please note that the Race Committee is continuing to prepare to run races today (Sunday 22nd, October) at the scheduled time. We are expecting average wind speeds between 18-24 knots with gusts up to 30knots. Currently observations are showing 18-19 knots average from 290 degrees. Sunday 22nd - weather update
This evenings wind models show that there might be a chance of running racing tomorrow. Therefore we will review the wind models tomorrow at around 7am and look at the observations. Racing cancelled - Saturday 21st October

Hamble Winter Series 2017 Week 3 – Sunday 15 October The third week of the Hamble Winter Series saw the regular mix of IRC yachts joined by the Fast 40+ fleet for the last two races of their 2017 programme.
